L'Ancora

The anchor, a nice dive in Caprera On the north eastern cape of Caprera there is a suggestive wall that runs parallel to the coast and where you can watch yellow sea fans and many other large and small life forms. On the bottom, wedged between two rocks, there is an very old large anchor.

San Francesco cave This is a little cave opened both sides very easy, which is only 12 meters deep. Inside, the cave is covered by Parazoanthus and multi coloured sponges, hidden in the cracks, you can find shrimp, crab and shells

the engin in Monaci Rocks A big engine, belonging presumably to a fishing boat, lying at a depth of 22 metres and is home for Conger eels, moray eels and large scorpion fishes, while on the nearby wall you will encounter lobsters and various kinds of nudibranchs.

Le Tane

croakers and groupers in Caprera Like all dive sites in Caprera, even this has many interesting things to see. On a gently sloping seabed, mixed with landslides and small walls of coral formations, you can usually meet croakers (brown meagres) and young groupers swimming quietly.
 
Punta dell'Oro
Punta dell'Oro Large rocks, covered with multi-colored sponges, go down from about 17 m upto a sandy bottom at 40m. Numerous red gorgonians cover the walls of deeper boulders.

Fiordino Two dives along the walls of the small promontory of Coticcio on a seabed that slopes towards the bottom offering the ideal habitat to various species of fish

Il picco A pinnacle that rises from a 30 m bottom to almost the surface. Shoals of damselfish swim on the top, while on the bottom is easy to meet the groupers.

Secca del grottino A shallow rock that slopes gently out away from the coast, with small walls and clefts hosting young lobsters, scorpion fish and musdee

Grottino An easy cave, opened both sides, at 12 m depth, with spectacular walls covered with sponges and parazoanthus and numerous crustaceans hidden in small clefts

Salpe At the bottom of a wall full of life, which develops parallel to the coast, there is a big and old anchor stuck between the rocks.

Secca dei canali A series of ridges that run parallel to the coast offers shelter to various species of fish and form the basis for large branches of red gorgonians.

Caprera A large wall like an amphitheater provides an excellent habitat for crustaceans such as lobsters and, on the sandy bottom, homarus.
